MCCH`s  Surgical Unit seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse.  This position is eligible for full benefits and a shift premium.  The hours of work are 7pm - 7am.

Job Description:

This LPN works under the direction of a Medical Provider, and participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care; this LPN follows the objectives, standards, and policies of the department, and operates within the parameters of the Medical Provider's instruction. This LPN cooperates with the members of the nursing and medical staffs and other hospital departments.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered with Kentucky Board of Nursing or compact states
• BLS certification maintained.

Minimum Education:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program

Minimum Work Experience:

• Minimum of six (6) months' recent experience as a professional nurse preferred
