LTC LPN Unit Coordinator- Days

MCCH seeks a Full-Time LPN Unit Coordinator for Spring Creek Health Care Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center located in Murray, Ky. Shift hours are days, 7a-3p Monday- Friday; This is a full time position with excellent benefits!

Job Summary:

Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, within the objectives, standards, and policies of the department and within the parameters of his or her preparation. Cooperates with the members of the nursing and medical staffs and other hospital departments.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN progam.
  • Minimum one year prior experience in Long Term Care setting or hospital acute care setting preferred.

Required License:

  • Licensed Practical Nurses - Registered with Kentucky Board of Nursing or compact states.

Required Skills:

  • BLS certification required

  • Drug Screen 
  • Tuberculosis Test
  • Background Screening
  • Physical Exam
  • Respirator Fit
  • Flu Vaccination (if during flu season)
