MCCH`s Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab seeks a Radiology Tech. This is a full time position and is eligible for benefits. The hours are 36 hours a week working 12 hours shifts 6:30am-7pm. Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital and there are 10-11 call days a month. This position is eligible for a $20,000 sign on bonus!

Job Description:

The Cath Lab Technologist performs cardiovascular/interventional procedures, patient education, and quality assessment activities for the cardiovascular lab, under the direction of the Cath Lab coordinator, Director of the Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Service Line, and the labs interventional physicians. The technologist must also carry out all necessary technical/nontechnical tasks associated with invasive procedures and operation and maintenance of equipment used for such invasive procedures

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• ARRT registered or registry eligible.
  Must hold a radiation operator's license in the state of Kentucky.
  Current BLS & ACLS certifications

Minimum Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program or equivalent.

Minimum Work Experience:

•  Minimum of 1 year experience as Cath Lab technologist preferred
