 Spring Creek Health Care is seeking a full-time administrator.

The VP, Long-term care administrator oversees the daily operations of the nursing home/skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include staffing, quality, performance improvement, financial management, supervision of resident care, marketing and community outreach. The VP LTC maintains a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local standards for long-term care.

The Nursing Home Administrator serves as the principle director over Spring Creek Healthcare, a 226- bed skilled nursing facility with rehabilitation and long-term care beds.

Minimum Education:

BSN Social Work

Ky Nursing Home Administrator license

Work Experience:

Minimum of 5 years as LTC Administrator
