MCCH's Spring Creek health Care Long Term Care & Rehabilitation Facility is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for PRN shifts. This position is based on hours and shifts needed at the facility, there is not set scheduled. Also, there are no benefits available for PRN positions.

 Job Description:

Works under the direction of a Unit Coordinator/Staff Nurse/Associate Director of Nursing/Director of assigned unit along with House Supervisor.  Participates in the planning, implementation, and evalution of nursing care, within the objectives, stanards, and policies of the department and within the parameters of his or her preparation. Cooperates with the members of the nursing and medical staff and other organization departments.Great satisfaction may be taken in knowing you have made a difference in the lives of the residents and their families. This is a fast paced environment working with a diverse resident mix.  

 Minimum Requirement:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school graduate or GED required. Successful completion of nursing assistant course.
  • Current CNA certification status required
  • Previous work as CNA either in Home Care, Hospital, or Hospice preferred.

  • Drug Screen
  • Tuberculosis Test
  • Background screening
  • Physical Exam
  • Respirator Fit
  • Flu Shot (if during flu season)
