Murray Calloway County Hospital seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for Women's Health of Murray.  This is a part-time position, and the hours fall between Monday and Friday between 8 am and 5 pm (or later if day runs over).

Job Description:

This CMA works under the direction of a Medical Provider. The CMA Participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, adhering to the objectives, standards, and policies of the department and MCCH, and within the parameters of his/her certification. The CMA cooperates with the members of the nursing and medical staffs and other hospital departments to provide the highest quality patient care. 

This person must be professional, have a strong work ethic, work well with others, and have compassion for our patients at all times.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

  • Certified as a Medical Assistant
  • CPR certification required

Minimum Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Medical Assistant program

Minimum Work Experience:

  • Prior experience in clinical office necessary

  • Respirator Fit
