Murray-Calloway County Hospital seeks an Assistant Clinical Director for our Physician Enterprise.  This is a Full Time, Exempt position and is eligible for benefits.

Job Description:

The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for assisting the Physician Enterprise Director with the overall management, coordination and development of the MCCH Physician Enterprise.  Responsible for assisting practice managers as needed and coordinating between them.  Shall function on behalf of the Director in his/her absence.  Shall assume all specific duties as assigned by the Physician Enterprise Director. 

Areas of involement (to include but not limited to):  Operations, Information Technology, EMR, Billing and Collections, Payer Management Analysis, Financial Management and Analysis and Human Resources.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare mangement is preferred.  Practice management or clinical experience aboe the five year minimum requirement.
 Minimum Work Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of complex prior experience in medical practice management including broad responsibilities for supervision of staff and operations across multiple functional areas.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituents.  Must maintain a strong service attitude and develop and maintain such in others.
